Most "Overpowered" Character in PVP? Empty Most "Overpowered" Character in PVP?

Just trying to gauge everyone's responses here. From my personal experience (and I am sure many others) Lime seems like a difficult opponent to face. However, this is based on arguably one of the best limes in the game with a ton of PVP experience. I would like to hear everyone's opinions on the matter.

Anyways, my vote goes to Lime.

The poll is limited to 10 choices so I will choose the top 9 I feel are "top tier status" and but an other option. If you feel another character not on the given list is OP, please choose other for your vote and please specify.
